Dr. Alison Doyle is a researcher, educational psychologist and owner of Caerus Education. Alison regularly lectures to Higher Education Institutions in Ireland, and the UK. Alison began her career in Liverpool in 1982, teaching children with profound intellectual and physical disabilities, and continued to work as a teacher and school Principal. She has participated in numerous projects to help students and graduates with autism.Full article
Fiona is a graduate of Law and German in Trinity College Dublin. She one of many who received an autism diagnosis adulthood while studying in Trinity. She now works in the field of language and also works as a stand-up comedian. I interviewed her about her journey from education to employment.
Ian Lynam is an English and Classics graduate who has worked as a journalist, TEFL teacher, civil servant and now digital marketing officer. He graduated in 2016 and then completed a masters in the University of Edinburgh. He currently works as an intern with the Disability Service.
Along with the many supports offered by the Disability Service in Trinity, we frequently hold events and workshops to give more hands-on strategies and advice to service users. Our Disclosure and Reasonable Accommodation Workshop helped students reaching the end of their time with us.Full article
